Ben O’Dell

Ben (Benjamin, BenGerman, Benny…etc.) is an easy-going guy who is no stranger to chaos. When we heard he came from a large and rambunctious family, we knew he would be a perfect fit for our exuberant crew. Ben enjoys watching things grow and develop and has found that the construction and development industry is the place for him. He attacks everything that is thrown at him with ease and loves to chase a challenge. He’s hoping that 50’s model cars make a comeback, loves to get his hands on anything BBQ, and is an avid family man. While he could live outdoors (especially if he’s duck hunting), he’s excited to find his seat at TDP and see where the position takes him.

More About Ben

Ben was born and raised in Branson, Missouri. He chose to plant his roots in Ozark, as he genuinely believes it is a place with a passionate community to get involved in, work in, and raise a family in. He started his career in the construction field doing projects all over Springfield and the surrounding areas. He has a desire to bring his knowledge of the industry to TDP and create an even greater service for our clients. He is a lifelong learner and is excited to learn and become integrated with all sides of the company. He is a genuine leader, a great communicator, and excited to dive headfirst into this new adventure.
