Job Title: Architectural Designer
Full Job Description:
We are currently seeking an Architectural Designer with 3-5+years of experience to join our team! This position would be full time located in Ozark, MO. The candidate will be working with a small, close-knit team on a variety of exciting large and small scaled projects. These projects require someone who is comfortable working under tight production schedules and who has high attention to quality and design sensitivity. This candidate is skilled in the development stages of design and wants to make an impact within the community.
We believe in a culture of empowerment, which is why we are looking for someone who is highly motivated, creative and thrives in fast paced environments. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter as they will work independently on smaller scaled projects as well as integrate and communicate with other teams in the office on larger scaled projects. The position may require working on multiple projects that have overlapping deadlines.
Role Responsibilities:
Proficiencies:
-AutoDesk -> Revit and AutoCad
-Rendering Experience ->Lumion or Enscape
-Adobe Suite Experience – Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator
-Microsoft Office
-Knowledge of building and accessibility codes
Experience:
-Degree from NAAB Accredited University
-3-5 Years Experience
