Cody Hearne

Loyal, pragmatic, dependable are three words that describe Cody. Outside of work, Cody is the ultimate foodie (we benefit when it’s his turn for Friday breakfast). His favorite local stop is the taco truck “Tacos El Champu”. Before architecture, Cody was a bartender for over a decade and has become an expert in the art of reading people (good or bad…). He continues to bring new things to the office with his unique past experiences and his love for travel, art, music, and nature.

More About Cody

Cody is a west coast transplant that has called the Ozarks home since 2006. He moved to the Ozarks to be closer to family and to pursue his architectural degree. He is a 2014 graduate of Hammons School of Architecture at Drury University with a Master of Architecture degree with an emphasis on sustainability and technologies. He also has a Minor of Design Arts-Graphic Design and a Minor in Global Studies. As a pragmatic and strategic thinker, he is drawn to the planning and organization of the built environment and how people interact within their environment. He incorporated his passion for the environment and community wellness to drive his thesis project on how to empower impoverished communities by fighting food insecurity within the Midwest region, which he now calls home.
